Relationship Between Mass Loss and Fruit Quality of Sweet Orange at Two Different Storage Conditions

Mass loss from fresh produce is linked to a reduction of its aesthetic value. However, relationship between mass and biochemical quality parameters at different storage conditions has not been widely explored. Therefore, the current study designed with objectives determine behavior fruit two conditions. Sweet orange stored in zero energy cool chamber (ZECC) had greater shelf-life more than 15 days, size (62.40 mm) peel (35.15%) lower (4.94%), juice (32.19%) electrical conductivity (EC) (2.06 S/m) as compared ambient laboratory during 25 days storage.
